For formal notices, order questions, privacy requests, or business address details connected to an order, please email the studio.

Moray Jewel only asks for information needed to reply to you, fulfil an order, provide a download, handle a commission or licence enquiry, or keep you updated if you join the mailing list.

Information may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery details, order details, enquiry message, newsletter preferences, and basic website/cookie information collected by Shopify and connected services.

The lawful reasons for using this information are usually: fulfilling a contract, taking steps before a contract, legitimate interests in running the studio and answering enquiries, legal obligations such as tax and accounting records, and consent where you choose to receive marketing emails.

Your information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers that help run the website and fulfil orders, including Shopify, payment processors, email tools, delivery providers, professional advisers, and technical services that keep the site working.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to use of your personal information. You can also withdraw consent from marketing emails at any time. Email contact@morayjewel.com to make a request.

If you are unhappy with the way your information is handled, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

If you sign up to our newsletter directly, or through the free screen wallpaper digital downloads, your email address is used to send Moray Jewel updates such as new releases, screensavers, print studies, films, stories and occasional studio notes.

An enquiry, order, contact form message or download request is not automatically treated as newsletter consent unless the form clearly says so or gives you a clear choice to join.

Newsletter emails should include a way to unsubscribe or manage your preferences. You can also ask to be removed by emailing contact@morayjewel.com.

Newsletter details are not sold. They may be handled by the email or website services used to send the newsletter, keep sign-up records, manage unsubscribes and understand basic delivery performance.

Product pages should show the main details of each piece, including size, finish, price, availability and any relevant edition information. Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout and payment partners. Moray Jewel does not store full card details.

If an item is listed incorrectly, unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled as described, the studio will contact you as soon as possible and offer a suitable replacement, revised timescale, or refund.

Most prints and framed pieces are made or prepared to order. Timescales vary depending on size, framing, supplier availability and destination.

Unless a different timescale is agreed with you, physical goods should be delivered within 30 days of the order being accepted. If there is a delay, the studio will contact you.

Please check delivery details carefully at checkout. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact the studio with photographs as soon as possible.

For standard physical goods bought online, UK customers normally have a 14-day cancellation period starting the day after delivery. If you wish to cancel, email the studio before returning anything.

Returned items should be unused, safely packed and in resaleable condition. Refunds are normally made after the item has been received back or you provide evidence that it has been returned.

Personalised, bespoke, made-to-measure, commissioned or specially ordered pieces may not be cancellable once work has started, materials have been ordered, or the piece has been made specifically for you.

Faulty, incorrect or damaged items will be handled separately. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Free screensaver downloads are provided for personal use unless stated otherwise. They may be used on your own phone, tablet, desktop, lock screen or display.

Digital files must not be resold, redistributed, uploaded as a download for others, used in paid advertising, minted as an NFT, or used as part of another commercial product without written permission.

If paid digital products are introduced, access may begin immediately after checkout. Where the law requires consent to immediate digital access, the checkout or product page should explain when cancellation rights are affected.

Commissioned photography, large collector pieces and licensing enquiries are handled by conversation first. Scope, price, usage rights, delivery, deposit and cancellation terms should be agreed in writing before work begins.

Copyright remains with Nathan Mansfield unless a written agreement says otherwise. Buying a print or download does not transfer copyright or commercial usage rights.

If you want to use an image for a publication, brand, interior project, film, product, venue, campaign or other commercial use, please ask first.

This website runs on Shopify, which uses cookies and similar technologies for core site functions such as cart, checkout, security, analytics and customer preferences.

The images, films, writing, downloads and design on this website belong to Moray Jewel, Nathan Mansfield, or their respective rights holders. They must not be copied, reproduced, sold, scraped or used commercially without permission.

Links to YouTube, Vimeo, payment providers, delivery providers, social platforms or other third-party services may be provided. Those services have their own policies and terms.
