A Moray Jewel gift card is a digital gift that lets the recipient choose their own coastal artwork from the Moray Jewel online store. They can choose the image, size and finish that feels right for them.

Moray Jewel gift cards are available in six amounts: £20, £40, £50, £75, £150 and £300.

Choose £20 for a small gesture, £40 for an easy favourite, £50 for a proper gift, £75 for more flexibility, £150 for a special occasion, or £300 as a meaningful contribution toward larger or future signature pieces.

Yes. You can buy more than one gift card if you are gifting to multiple people or would like to give separate amounts.

No. Moray Jewel gift cards are digital only. They are delivered by email and contain a unique code to use at checkout. No physical gift card is posted.

The gift card is sent by email. You can send it to yourself first or send it directly to the recipient if recipient delivery is available at checkout.

Yes, where Shopify recipient fields are enabled. Enter the recipient's email address and the gift card can be sent directly to them. You can also send it to yourself and forward it later.

A short digital message may be included where supported by the checkout or recipient form. This is an email message only.

Not with a digital gift card. Handwritten notes are only available with selected physical gift-wrapping orders. A digital gift card does not include a physical card, wrapping or handwritten note.

Contact the studio with the order details and the gift card can usually be resent to the original email address, provided it has not been used incorrectly.

The gift card can be used toward eligible artwork and products available through the Moray Jewel online store.

They choose their artwork, add it to the cart, and enter the gift-card code at checkout. The gift-card value is then applied to the order.

The recipient can use the gift card toward the order and pay the remaining balance at checkout.

No. If the full balance is not used in one order, the remaining balance stays on the gift card for a future purchase.

A gift card is treated as a payment method. If the customer also has a discount code, checkout will show whether that discount can be applied to the order. Some offers may have their own terms.

Moray Jewel gift cards do not expire. The recipient can take their time and choose when they are ready.

No. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. This does not affect statutory rights.

If an order paid for with a gift card is refunded, the refund will normally be returned to the gift card balance where possible.
